SINTERED MAGNESIA M-30 B

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sintered magnesia with high bulk density based on double firing of natural magnesite. Obtained by comminution of magnesite; concentration of magnesite through froth flotation; calcination of concentrate using multiple hearth furnace; briquetting of caustic magnesia; sintering of briquettes in temperature above 2200°C. Statistic Process Control (SPC) used in all production steps.

MAIN APPLICATIONS

Primary applications are products to meet chiefly the needs of steelmaking, cement and glass industries.
